  • CAD Services

Our expert 3D designing team is fluent in a range of professional 3D software’s. This allows them to guide you towards the best process for your project; whether developing a new concept, innovating an existing design or simply replicating a component.

Rapid Prototyping

Technologies at 3D Prototype:

  • Stereolithography (SLA)
  • Fused deposition modeling (FDM)
  • Laser Cutting
  • CNC Milling
  • Vacuum Casting

SLA  also known as stereolithography apparatusoptical fabricationphoto-solidification, or resin printing is a form of 3-D printing technology we use for creating modelsprototypespatterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photopolymerization, then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid object.

We at 3d prototype keep exclusive variety of resin to choose from like:

Standard Resin (black, white, clear, grey), Flexible, Castable, Dental, ABS Like Material, PP Like (Durable Material), and High Temp Resistant Resin and many more…..

SLA parts have superior finish, excellent dimensional value and gives the feel of a injected molded articles.

FDM- Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is an additive manufacturing technology commonly used for modeling, prototyping, and production applications. It is one of the techniques commonly used as cost saving or economical for Prototype making.  Prototypes made from this technology Last long and are tough easily achieve high detailed desired finishing.

FDM has high range of materials to choose for your prototypes like ABS, Carbon, PETG, Glass like material, Flexible, Nylon, ABS+, Poly carbonate, ETC..

  • Laser Cutting

This technology is used typically for industrial manufacturing applications, Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics.

We use this technology for our client who has requirement for Scale models or for small Batch Productions.

Material like Acrylic, MDF, PC and more are used to create 2 dimensional objects.

  • CNC Milling

Milling itself is a machining process similar to both drilling and cutting, and able to achieve many of the operations performed by cutting and drilling machines. We do CNC milling for larger and Heavy-duty parts that needs durability and proper technical Functionality for industrial use or Onsite use.

Materials: PP, ABS, NYLON, DERLEIN, PVC, HYLAM and More …

  • Vacuum Casting

If you need a small quantity or Batch Production of plastic pieces with the quality of injection molded components, Vacuum Casting at 3D Prototype might be exactly what you are looking for. We create to produce small series of plastic components of the highest possible quality. For prototyping or for end-use components.

Finishing Technology:

  • Finishing

Finishing techniques for 3D printed objects is the craftsman’s workshop, where patience, tools, skills, and experience can transform the raw products of these machines into fully realized models. Molded part. We at 3D Prototype has inbuilt paint booth and use varieties of material to add color and produce an excellent finished parts.

  • Casting

Print cast able parts in hours for less than the cost of a single piece of carving metals. With our cast able material, prototype can be produced faster than the Traditional /Conventional technologies and finally move from print directly to burnout and casting.

  • Plating

This is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal or plastic object. 3D Prototype can provide plating or chrome effect to prototype part to look like real metal. Chromed layer, provide corrosion resistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness.
